Test
specimen design
It is
usually a waste of time to adopt a piecemeal approach of testing a product because "I need a certificate for
the job at XYZ". XYZ is probably the last time that particular design
detail will occur!
The better
approach is to test a specimen which is designed to cover as many applications
for the product (including the job at XYZ), and more importantly is
designed to pass the appropriate
test.
These
glazed doors didn't pass by chance, they were designed to
pass!
